City to Declare Local Emergency Declaration

On Sunday, March 14th the City of Turlock Acting City Manager, Gary R. Hampton in his role as the City Director of Emergency Services, issued a Proclamation of the Existence of a Local Emergency (“Proclamation”) in response to the Unsheltered Homeless and Encampments throughout the community.
